Other changes to the standard procedures include pretrials and uncontested hearings which will be conducted by telephone.or videoconference.
Parties who are represented by an attorney should contact their attorney for instructions. Parties who are not being represented by an attorney should contact the Court directly for instructions. The court will initiate calls and the hearing will proceed if the calls go unanswered. Mediations and eldercare coordination will also be conducted via teleconference or videoconference.

Marriage license applications are by appointment only. Call 330-451-7755 to make an appointment. Due to the volume of marriage licenses processed, the court requests that you complete the application and have the necessary documentation before you come in for your appointment.
